When I was a child I had a really dear person with whom i went searching for porcino champignon in a forest somewhere around Bucharest. For me, at that point, porcino had only one meaning: forest champignon. But they were the tastiest vegetables in the whole Univers. And they remained so until down the ages.

Not hard to say that when I saw #deAzi porcino cream soup I immediately thought about those moments. It has a density that will keep you full even for lunch and dinner (in a jar of soup you can enjoy two servings), with a slightly taste of pepper, but also with a taste that you could only get from those fresh harvest champignon, like when I was little. Porcini cream soup became the perfect ally for the moment when I decide to eat soups, as the nutritionist recommended – at least two times per week.

I was never a true fan of cold food so I’d rather heat the soup a little bit before. I also added some croutons, and not because they were needed, but because I really thought they mix well with condiments (thyme and black crushed pepper). And also, it is the perfect lunch for those who do not eat meat or for those that need to enjoy their proteins.
